UPDATE: Las Vegas Old Town Residential Historic District has not changed much. Some buildings are improved; some are more deteriorated. However, the City of Las Vegas has discontinued spot zoning for mobile homes. The Citizens? Committee for Historic Preservation reports that as a neighborhood it is relatively stable and is a good place to buy a house.
